Delivered via a live Zoom Video Conference.

• To join a class please follow the link (you will need a decent internet connection)
• Try to arrive 5,10mins early as I will be starting and finishing the classes on time.
• If you can’t make the live class then email me and you can buy the class/I’ll send you the link to keep. ($13)
• Good to have a mat, blanket, strap/belt and thick towel, and any other props you’re used to. (Okay if you have just your body and a bit of floor)
• Your device will be asked to install Zoom – just say allow, it’s a safe programme. Check out the instructions on how to access this here. It’s very easy even if you’re not good with the internet/computers!
• If you turn up in your undies I can turn your camera off (it depends on what you look like in your undies!) – but you can still join. You also have the option of joining a class and turning your camera off so no-one can see you or your messy house!
• I also recommend getting an HDMI cable from Retravision then you can plug your computer into your TV so you can do the class on the big screen. But okay just on the computer too.
