If you would like to slow body ageing and feel your best into very old age then you should follow along with me as I guide you through 25 minutes of safe, simple and enjoyable exercises. The whole session is on the floor and includes exercises to gently strengthen and stretch your body, leaving you feeling relaxed and happy.
