20 mins Strength Training with Bodyweight over 40s.
Practise along with me in this strength training video and feel your body become stronger straight away. I often hearing over 40s say “I’m falling apart.”

Well the truth is that if you don’t want to fall apart and become frail with age then you have to work on your body stability/strength.
